District 279 Foundation promotes and helps fund the best possible learning opportunities for all students in the Independent School District #279 Osseo Area Schools.

Your support makes this possible.  The District 279 Foundation relies on the generous gifts of individuals, businesses and corporate sponsors in the form of cash gifts, in-kind donations, support for the Foundation events and an army of volunteers who support educational programs.  The District 279 Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, all donations are tax-deductible.  The District 279 Foundation does not rent or sell its donor list.

An apple is nice...but An Investment in Youth will make a difference.The District 279 Foundation would like to help you honor exemplary individuals who make a difference in our children's lives.  The District 279 Foundation recognizes employees, volunteers and students around the district each year the An Investment in Youth event in May.With a gift to the Foundation the community can recognize district employees, volunteers for a job well done, or a student's success. By making a gift to the Foundation on behalf of an ISD 279 employee, volunteer or your child, you will be contributing to a fund that encourages creativity throughout the ISD 279 Osseo Area School system.  The District 279 Foundation will send honorees a certificate notifying them that you gave a gift to the Foundation (without mentioning the amount of the gift).  It will also pass any comments or encouraging words on to the honoree.  This recognition can also be sent for special occasions, e.g. birthdays, holidays, teacher/clerical/education support professional appreciation weeks.Your gift not only recognizes a job well done, but also provides much-needed funds for new projects.  Join us in celebrating our community's Investment in Youth.  Send your gift to the District 279 Foundation, 11200 93rd Avenue North,  Maple Grove, MN  55369.
